Site visit data
A record of your visit to the main pages of this site is made by the host server and the following information is logged for statistical purposes:
- the user’s server address
- the user’s top level domain name (e.g. com., gov., au., uk., etc.)
- the date and the time of the visit to the site

- the operating system
- the screen resolutions and screen colours
- the previous site visited
- the search engines and queries used to access this site.
No attempt is made to identify individual users or their browsing activities except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the log file.
Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of information that is placed on the user’s hard drive while navigating a website. When a user revisits a website, the cookie allows that site to recognize the user’s browser.
Google Analytics may be used by this site to obtain statistics on how the websites are used. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. Contact forms
If you use our contact form to send us a message your details will be recorded by our system for retrieval by our admin volunteers. They may also be sent by email to our admin volunteers for a fast response.
None of your details are stored permanently and all information is deleted once your inquiry has been attended to and answered.
If you do not want your details stored temporarily you can choose to email your message to us direct rather than use the online contact form.
Our contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help identify potential robots. This system may also utilise a small cookie to help identify and reduce spam or use by hackers. This cookie may report your IP address to a third party to check for reports of spam.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
